Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 chili pepper(s), mild
- ½ bunch coriander leaves
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp herbal salt
- 1 pretzel roll, stale
- 1 tbsp mustard

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
It doesn’t always have to be normal meatballs
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Also cut the chili into small pieces. If you prefer it milder, make sure you don’t add the seeds to the mince. Soak the pretzel roll in a little hot water and, after squeezing it out, add it to the mince. Add all the other spices to the mince and mix everything well. Wet your hands a little so you can form nicer balls without anything sticking to your hands. Make sure all the balls are roughly the same size. Fry them all in a pan or on the grill until browned on the outside and cooked through on the inside.
