Beef Minute Steaks in New Shape
The perfect beef minute steaks in new shape recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Beef minute steaks
- 30 g Clarified butter
- 1 tablespoon Onion cubes
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- 250 g Fresh mushrooms
- 20 g Branded butter
- 1 tablespoon Ham cubes
- 200 ml Cream
- 150 ml Beef stock
- 150 ml Tabasco
- Cut the minute steaks into fine strips, then fry them in the hot clarified butter with the onion cubes until golden brown, then pour onto a plate, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Clean the mushrooms, unscrew the stems and chop finely with a large knife, quarter the mushroom heads. Melt the butter in the empty pan and fry the mushrooms with the diced ham.
- Deglaze with cream and beef stock, add the meat again and cover everything and let it simmer for another 15 to 20 minutes over a mild heat. The shredded meat should now have a creamy consistency, if not, just stir in some mixed cornstarch.
- Season with a few drops of Tabasco and serve with ribbon noodles. I added a variety of Leipziger Allerlei because we are big vegetable fans.
