Beef Minute Steaks in New Shape

The perfect beef minute steaks in new shape recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Beef minute steaks
  • 30 g Clarified butter
  • 1 tablespoon Onion cubes
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • 250 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 20 g Branded butter
  • 1 tablespoon Ham cubes
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 150 ml Beef stock
  • 150 ml Tabasco
  1. Cut the minute steaks into fine strips, then fry them in the hot clarified butter with the onion cubes until golden brown, then pour onto a plate, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  2. Clean the mushrooms, unscrew the stems and chop finely with a large knife, quarter the mushroom heads. Melt the butter in the empty pan and fry the mushrooms with the diced ham.
  3. Deglaze with cream and beef stock, add the meat again and cover everything and let it simmer for another 15 to 20 minutes over a mild heat. The shredded meat should now have a creamy consistency, if not, just stir in some mixed cornstarch.
  4. Season with a few drops of Tabasco and serve with ribbon noodles. I added a variety of Leipziger Allerlei because we are big vegetable fans.
