Beef Steaks with Fried Onion Rings and Tomatoes

  • 2 Discs Beef fillet steak
  • 2 piece Fresh onion
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 liter Sunflower oil
  • 100 g Vine tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Red pepper
  • Salt
  1. Let the clarified butter get very hot in a large cast iron pan, add the steaks for about 2-3 minutes on both sides. fry so that the meat is still pink inside.
