Beef pan with onions and garlic

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g beef, cooked
  • 100 g onion(s)
  • 10 g garlic
  • 30 g dried tomatoes
  • 100 ml vegetable broth or meat broth, unsalted
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp, heaped paprika powder, sweet
  • n. B. Salt
  • some fat for frying

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Clean the shallots and garlic and dice them finely. Dice the sun-dried tomatoes and fry them with the shallots and garlic in a pan with fat, stirring frequently, until the mixture begins to brown. Add the stock and scrape up any browned bits. Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes and add to the pan. Bring to a boil, stir in the pepper and paprika, and season with salt. After about five minutes, the meat should be piping hot and ready to serve. Serve with warm baguette or any type of pasta.
