Wash, deseed, and dice the bell peppers. Peel and finely chop the onions. Cut the beef into small pieces. Add the butter to the flour and mash with a fork. Alternatively, use homemade flour butter (beurre manié). Heat a pan and briefly fry the beef and onions, either with a little water or 1 tbsp (6 ml) of oil. Then add the bell peppers and fry for a short time. In a separate container, make the vegetable stock with hot water, add the Worcestershire sauce to the vegetable stock, and stir in the butter and flour mixture. Now add the sauce to the pan and simmer gently for 5 minutes. With everything combined, including the oil for frying, the dish has a total of around 800 kcal, or 200 kcal per serving.
