Ingredients
- 4 Beef Schnitzel
- 4 Pickles
- 8 sheet Turkey ham
- 1 bunch Root system
- Onion capers, mustard. Salt, pepper, soup seasoning a shot of red wine,
- Cremefino
Instructions
- Knock the schnitzel with ham and pickled gherkin, roll it up and fix it with a toothpick.
- Roast the onion, add the roots (chopped) and roast well with red wine and water. Chop capers and add seasoning, pepper, salt and mustard to taste
- Now add the fried roulades and steam everything nice and soft. Finally refine with a little Cremefino. Fried potatoes and a green salad taste best with it.
