Filled Chicken Fillet with Turkey Ham Mozarella and Basil in Chanterelle Sauce

- 2 Chicken fillet
- Mozzarella
- Chopped basil
- 2 sheet Turkey ham
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, some rama
- 30 dkg Chanterelles
- Cremefino
- White wine
- 1 dice Soup cubes
- 1 dice Finely chopped parsley
- 1 Chopped onion
- Halve the chicken fillet as shown in the photo, season with salt, garlic powder, pepper. Put in the turkey ham mozzarella and basilica, roll up with a string and fry in oil or rama until crispy. Let rest in aluminum foil in the oven at 100 degrees.
- Fry the onion in rama and add the chanterelles and season with parsley and soup cubes. Leave the chanterelles to bite.
- Put the pre-cooked chicken fillet in a pan, pour the sauce over it and finish cooking in the oven.
