  • 2 Chicken fillet
  • Mozzarella
  • Chopped basil
  • 2 sheet Turkey ham
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, some rama
  • 30 dkg Chanterelles
  • Cremefino
  • White wine
  • 1 dice Soup cubes
  • 1 dice Finely chopped parsley
  • 1 Chopped onion
  1. Halve the chicken fillet as shown in the photo, season with salt, garlic powder, pepper. Put in the turkey ham mozzarella and basilica, roll up with a string and fry in oil or rama until crispy. Let rest in aluminum foil in the oven at 100 degrees.
  2. Fry the onion in rama and add the chanterelles and season with parsley and soup cubes. Leave the chanterelles to bite.
  3. Put the pre-cooked chicken fillet in a pan, pour the sauce over it and finish cooking in the oven.
