Filled Chicken Fillet with Turkey Ham Mozarella and Basil in Chanterelle Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Chicken fillet
  • Mozzarella
  • Chopped basil
  • 2 sheet Turkey ham
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, some rama
  • 30 dekagrams Chanterelles
  • Cremefino
  • White wine
  • 1 cube Soup cubes
  • 1 cube Finely chopped parsley
  • 1 Chopped onion

Instructions
 

  • Halve the chicken fillet as shown in the photo, season with salt, garlic powder, pepper. Put in the turkey ham mozzarella and basilica, roll up with a string and fry in oil or rama until crispy. Let rest in aluminum foil in the oven at 100 degrees.
  • Fry the onion in rama and add the chanterelles and season with parsley and soup cubes. Leave the chanterelles to bite.
  • Put the pre-cooked chicken fillet in a pan, pour the sauce over it and finish cooking in the oven.
