Beef Salad Alla Stella
The perfect beef salad alla stella recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Boiled beef
- 1,5 liter Broth
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 2 Pickles
- 1 Red pepper
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 1 Apple
- 6 tbsp Oil
- 6 tbsp Pickle water
- Parsely
- Salt pepper
- White wine vinegar
- Sugar
- Cook the meat in the broth for 2 hours and add the whole peeled carrots 35 minutes before the end of cooking and cook at the same time. Take out of the broth and let cool (you can also cook the day before).
- Dice the meat. Cut the carrots, onions, mushrooms and pickles into slices. Dice paprika and apple.
- Mix all the salad ingredients in the bowl.
- Mix the pickle water, oil, parsley, salt, pepper, vinegar and sugar into a salad dressing.
- Add to the salad, stir well and let it steep for at least 1 hour. Then season again to taste.
- Serve with baguette, white bread or pumpernickel.
