- 12 medium sized Potatoes
- 1 pole Leek
- 4 tbsp Homemade vegetable broth *

- 2 liter Water
- 200 g Cooked ham
- 1 Few Low-Fat sausages
- Peel the potatoes, wash them and put them through the slicer 😉 my genius …. then put them in the pot, then the leek …. it goes into the pot. Now the vegetable broth – supplies: make your own vegetable broth – and add the water. Cut the ham and cook everything
- bring. Let the whole thing cook for about 45 minutes, the grated potatoes should be nice and soft. Turn off the heat and let everything steep.
- Put the sausages in the hot soup a little 10 minutes before eating so they get hot … good hunger 😉
