Ingredients
 

  • 12 medium Potatoes
  • 1 Leek
  • 4 tbsp Homemade vegetable broth *
  • Here in the cookbook
  • 2 L Water
  • 200 g Cooked ham
  • 1 pair of Low-Fat sausages

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potatoes, wash them and put them through the slicer 😉 my genius .... then put them in the pot, then the leek .... it goes into the pot. Now the vegetable broth - supplies: make your own vegetable broth - and add the water. Cut the ham and cook everything
  • bring. Let the whole thing cook for about 45 minutes, the grated potatoes should be nice and soft. Turn off the heat and let everything steep.
  • Put the sausages in the hot soup a little 10 minutes before eating so they get hot ... good hunger 😉
