- 2 Pc. Minced beef steak
- 8 Pc. Boiled potatoes – rest
- 1 Pc. Carrot fresh
- 0,5 Pc. Kohlrabi fresh
- 3 tbsp Peas frozen
- 1 Pc. Bun old
- 2 tbsp Clarified butter
- Salt pepper
- Paprika spice
- Caraway seeds
- Butter for the potatoes
- Make beef steaks from the minced meat with onion, bread roll (old), egg and spices and fry brown on all sides in a little butter crust.
- Cut the carrot and kohlrabi into cubes, add the peas and cook in salted water. Thicken with a bechamel sauce, add parsley.
- Serve with the boiled potatoes tossed in butter and the quick meal is ready.
