Beef Steak, Boiled Potatoes and Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Minced beef steak
  • 8 Boiled potatoes - rest
  • 1 Carrot fresh
  • 0,5 Kohlrabi fresh
  • 3 tbsp Peas frozen
  • 1 Old Bun
  • 2 tbsp Clarified butter
  • Salt pepper
  • Paprika spice
  • Caraway seeds
  • Butter for the potatoes

Instructions
 

  • Make beef steaks from the minced meat with onion, bread roll (old), egg and spices and fry brown on all sides in a little butter crust.
  • Cut the carrot and kohlrabi into cubes, add the peas and cook in salted water. Thicken with a bechamel sauce, add parsley.
  • Serve with the boiled potatoes tossed in butter and the quick meal is ready.
