Beef Steak, Boiled Potatoes and Mixed Vegetables

  • 2 Pc. Minced beef steak
  • 8 Pc. Boiled potatoes – rest
  • 1 Pc. Carrot fresh
  • 0,5 Pc. Kohlrabi fresh
  • 3 tbsp Peas frozen
  • 1 Pc. Bun old
  • 2 tbsp Clarified butter
  • Salt pepper
  • Paprika spice
  • Caraway seeds
  • Butter for the potatoes
  1. Make beef steaks from the minced meat with onion, bread roll (old), egg and spices and fry brown on all sides in a little butter crust.
  2. Cut the carrot and kohlrabi into cubes, add the peas and cook in salted water. Thicken with a bechamel sauce, add parsley.
  3. Serve with the boiled potatoes tossed in butter and the quick meal is ready.
