Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g steak(s) (beef mini steaks), 6 pieces.
  • 6 tsp, leveled mustard with honey
  • 6 slices of mozzarella
  • 6 slice(s) cucumber(s)
  • 6 slice(s) of tomato(s)
  • Salt
  • Pepper, colorful, from the mill
  • chili flakes
  • Fat, for the pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Slice the mozzarella. Slice the cucumber and tomatoes. Brush the 6 steaks with mustard and season. Then place a slice of mozzarella, cucumber, and tomato on each steak, roll it up, and secure it with a toothpick. Heat the fat in a pan over medium heat and sear the steaks on all sides. Then arrange 3 steaks on each plate. I served it with boiled potatoes and a cucumber and tomato salad.
