Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g potatoes
- 4 onions
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 6 tomatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g stuffed olives
- 500 g beef goulash
- 1 sprig(s) rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp paprika powder, mild
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the potatoes and onions and cut into eighths. Peel and crush the garlic. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Wash and finely chop the rosemary. Mix all ingredients well and place in a roasting pan. Cover and braise in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 2 hours.
