Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g beef strips
- ½ jar tomatoes, dried in oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 200 ml broth
- 3 tbsp crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
- basil
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Sear the beef strips in hot oil. Add the chopped onions and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Then deglaze with the broth and simmer for about 10 minutes to tenderize the meat. Meanwhile, chop the sun-dried tomatoes and add them to the meat. Finally, stir in the crème fraîche. Season with salt, pepper, and basil. Delicious with pasta.
