Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g beans, green flat
- 300 g minced beef
- Salt
- Pepper, from the mill
- Paprika powder, mild
- Sugar
- 1 onion(s), large
- 1 tomato(s), large
- 5 tbsp tomato paste
- Water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash and chop the beans. Halve the tomato and finely grate it. Dice the onion and sauté in oil until translucent. Add the ground beef and sauté the chopped beans. Now add the grated tomato, season with salt, paprika, and pepper, and season to taste. Add the tomato paste and mix well. Add a pinch of sugar and enough water to cover the beans. Simmer until the beans are tender.
