Beef strips with horseradish

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g beef, shredded
  • 4 tbsp horseradish (cream horseradish)
  • 300 ml cream
  • broth
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • e.g. potato(s) or rice or pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Season the meat well with salt and pepper and brown briefly in butter. Add a dash of stock and 300 ml of cream and simmer until creamy. Just before serving, stir in the creamed horseradish and season the sauce with salt and pepper. Serve with potatoes.
