Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g beef fillet(s)
- 3 bell peppers, red, green, yellow
- 3 onions
- 3 grapefruit(s), pink
- 3 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- sweet peppers
- 120 g sour milk
- 3 tsp cornstarch
- 80 g brown rice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the meat and bell peppers into strips. Brown the meat in oil, remove from the pan, season with salt and pepper. Chop the onions, peel and fillet the grapefruit. Brown the bell peppers and onions in the oil. Add the meat back and simmer until simmered. Season with sweet paprika. Whisk together the sour milk and cornstarch to thicken the broth. Stir in the grapefruit and heat through. Cook the rice (according to the package instructions) and serve with the rice.
