Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g beef fillet(s)
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 4 medium-sized gherkins
  • 20 g margarine
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 250 ml meat broth (instant)
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 3 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the fillet into thin strips, dice the onions, thinly slice the mushrooms, and slice the cucumber. Brown the fillet strips in batches in hot fat, season, and remove. Lightly fry the onions and mushrooms in the frying fat. Sprinkle with flour and sauté briefly. Deglaze with stock and bring to a boil. Stir in the sour cream and mustard. Add the meat and cucumber slices and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Garnish with parsley. Boiled potatoes are delicious.
