Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 100 ml lemon juice, fresh
- 100 ml fresh lemon juice
- 100 ml water
- 100 g sugar
- 2 bottles of beer, light (33 cl each)
- 2 sheets of gelatin
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Heat the water with the sugar and dissolve the previously soaked gelatin in it. Add the lemon and lime juice, strain through a sieve, and pour into a cream siphon. Fill the siphon and chill for 2 hours. Add 2 cream puffs. Half-fill highball glasses with beer without foam. Top the glass with the lemon and lime foam.
