Apple-cranberry Cake without Baking
The perfect apple-cranberry cake without baking recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
ground
- 50 g Dates
- 1 pinch Vanilla
- 45 g Ground almonds
- 40 g Walnuts
- 20 g Sesame
filling
- 2 tsp heaped Agar Agar. Dry product
- 280 g Applesauce
- 125 g Fresh cranberries
ground
- Roughly chop the dates and walnuts and place in the blender with the remaining ingredients. Lightly grease the springform pan with oil. Then knead the dough briefly and pour it into the mold, distribute it and pull it up on the edge.
filling
- Heat the applesauce in a saucepan and add the agar agar. Bring to the boil briefly, then turn off the stove and stir in the cranberries. Season to taste and, if it is not sweet enough, add sweet (e.g. with sugar). Then place on the cake base and then let cool and store in the refrigerator.
TIP
- The ground for me was very soft, so that it was difficult to move it onto a cake plate, so I simply put it in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Then it worked wonderfully
