Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 tuber/s beetroot, raw
  • 4 apples
  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Coarsely grate the beets, apples, and carrots. Add the lemon juice and a little salt. Mix everything well. Very tasty and suitable even for those who don’t like raw food.
