Carrot-apple-ginger salad with walnut-lemon dressing

  • 1 sour apple, e.g. Granny Smith
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 cm ginger
  • e.g. walnut oil
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the carrots and apple thoroughly and grate them unpeeled into a bowl. Peel the ginger and grate it into the bowl. Squeeze half a lemon and drizzle with the juice, along with the walnut oil. Add salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
