Beetroot and Apple Salad

The perfect beetroot and apple salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Beetroot (cooked and peeled)
  • 3 Apples approx. 350 g / cleaned approx. 275 g
  • 1 Small onion about 50 g
  • 1 tbsp Light rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 3 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 3 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 1 Stalk Parsley for garnish
  1. Cut the beetroot first into slices, then into strips and finally into cubes. Peel and quarter the apples, remove the core, cut into strips and then into cubes. Peel, quarter and thinly slice the onion. Put all ingredients (beetroot cubes, apple cubes, onion slices, 1 tbsp light rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, 3 big pinches of coarse sea salt from the mill and 3 big pinches of colored pepper from the mill) in a bowl and mix well / mix.
