Salad: Beetroot / Apple Salad

The perfect salad: beetroot / apple salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Dressing:

  • 1 medium sized Tart apple
  • 100 g Onion
  • 50 g Almond sticks
  • 2 Tl Plum mustard, own production or another lovely mustard
  • 2 El Wild garlic oil
  • 1,5 El Aronia white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tl Salt, weakly heaped
  • A few turns of pepper from the mill
  1. Boil beetroot and then peel and cut into cubes
  2. Peel the apple, remove the core, peel the onion and also cut both into cubes. Put the beetroot in a bowl with a lid. Fold in the almond sticks.
  3. Stir the dressing ingredients until smooth and pour over the solid ingredients and turn the bowl upside down from time to time so that the ingredients can soak through.
