Salad: Beetroot / Apple Salad
The perfect salad: beetroot / apple salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Dressing:
- 1 medium sized Tart apple
- 100 g Onion
- 50 g Almond sticks
- 2 Tl Plum mustard, own production or another lovely mustard
- 2 El Wild garlic oil
- 1,5 El Aronia white wine vinegar
- 1 Tl Salt, weakly heaped
- A few turns of pepper from the mill
- Boil beetroot and then peel and cut into cubes
- Peel the apple, remove the core, peel the onion and also cut both into cubes. Put the beetroot in a bowl with a lid. Fold in the almond sticks.
- Stir the dressing ingredients until smooth and pour over the solid ingredients and turn the bowl upside down from time to time so that the ingredients can soak through.
