Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g beetroot, cooked
- 1 orange(s), untreated
- 40 g butter
- salt and pepper

Cut the beetroot into wedges. Wash the orange and zest it with a zester. Then juice the orange. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the beetroot and heat. Season with salt and pepper. Add the orange juice, cover, and sauté for about 10 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle the grated orange zest over the beetroot.
