Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g beetroot, fresh
- 90 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 75 g feta cheese
- 1 small onion(s)
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Peel and grate the beetroot, mix it with the remaining ingredients, and let it rest for about 30 minutes. Form the mixture into four patties. Fry them in a pan at moderate heat on both sides. Be careful not to set the heat too high, or they’ll burn on the outside and still be raw on the inside. Top and decorate the burger as desired.
