Broccoli salad with fruit

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 1 tbsp ready-made salad dressing mix (Salatfein)
  • 1 shot of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cut the broccoli into florets and boil in water for 10-15 minutes, then drain in a colander and add to a salad bowl. Meanwhile, wash the apple, pear, and bell pepper and cut them into small pieces. Add them to the salad bowl with the broccoli and sprinkle with the sunflower seeds. Make a dressing in a shaker by combining sunflower oil, balsamic vinegar, salad dressing, and water. Pour over the salad. Mix well and let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
