Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g beetroot
  • ½ onion(s), finely diced
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
  • 2 dashes sweetener
  • 1 pinch(s) pepper, mixed, ground
  • 1 tsp oil (sesame oil), roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and grate the beetroot (wear rubber gloves!). Place all ingredients in a bowl, mix, and let stand for a while.
