Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 avocados, peeled, pitted, flesh mashed with a fork
- 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp wasabi paste
- Salt
- 2 tsp sesame seeds, roasted in a dry pan until golden brown
- 100 g radish(s), peeled, sliced into thin slices, cut into thin sticks
- 2 tsp soy sauce, Japanese (Teriyaki)
- 8 slices of ciabatta
- 3 tbsp oil

Mash the avocado flesh with lemon juice, wasabi paste, and salt with a fork. Marinate the radish sticks in the teriyaki sauce. Brush the ciabatta slices with olive oil and grill on the second rack from the top for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly, spread with the avocado cream, and garnish with radish and sesame seeds.
