Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 avocados, peeled, pitted, flesh mashed with a fork
  • 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp wasabi paste
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds, roasted in a dry pan until golden brown
  • 100 g radish(s), peeled, sliced ​​into thin slices, cut into thin sticks
  • 2 tsp soy sauce, Japanese (Teriyaki)
  • 8 slices of ciabatta
  • 3 tbsp oil
