Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 700 g fermented beetroot (see my recipe in the database)
- 3 m.-large onion(s), red
- 4 tbsp olive oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Slice the onions into thin rings or sticks. Place the beets in a bowl and toss with the onions and oil. Let stand for at least 1 hour. Tip: You can also add garlic and/or pepper. Beets always go well with heavy dishes.
