Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 beetroots, cooked
- ½ pack of feta cheese
- 1 handful of grapes
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with pumpkin seed oil
Dice the beetroot and feta. Combine the honey, vinegar, and yogurt, pour over the chopped ingredients, and mix well. Then add the pumpkin seed oil and grapes.
