Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g beetroot from the jar (slices)
- 150 g pear(s), peeled, pitted, cut into thin slices
- 100 g feta cheese, cut into cubes
- Salt and pepper, white
- Sugar
- oil
- Vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the beetroot, pears and cheese in a bowl, mix gently with a little oil and season with salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar.
