Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ kg potatoes, small, preferably waxy
- 1 kg salami or knackwurst
- 4 tbsp, leveled flour
- n. B. water
- 6 pickles
- 2 tsp, heaped stock, granulated
- pepper
- Vinegar
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Grandma’s recipes
Boil small potatoes (preferably of the same size) with their skins on. Dice the salami or sausage and fry. Add the flour and stir until the flour turns brown. While stirring, add water until it reaches a slightly creamy consistency. Season with bouillon powder, pepper, and vinegar (I also add a splash of pickle broth from the pickle jar). Add the diced pickle and bring back to a boil.
