Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

for approx. 6 – 7 waffles

Whisk all ingredients together until fluffy. Then bake the batter in batches in the preheated waffle iron for 3 minutes at level 5. Tip: Can also be eaten cooled as a snack, breakfast, or lunch.
