Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 265 g wheat flour type 550
- 45 g wholemeal flour
- 120 g sugar
- 25 g raw cane sugar
- 1 bag of Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 1 sachet of dry yeast
- 125 g butter
- 300 ml milk
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Combine the butter and milk in a saucepan and melt over low heat. Remove from heat and let cool until lukewarm. Meanwhile, combine all the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour the milk into the remaining ingredients and mix with a hand mixer until a creamy batter forms. Cover the batter with a tea towel and let it rise for about 30 minutes. Then, mix thoroughly again and pour batches into the hot waffle iron.
