Ingredients
 

  • 2 150 g paprika steaks
  • 1 Zucchini approx. 250
  • 2 Onions about 150
  • 1 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 1 tsp Flour
  • 8 Brown mushrooms approx. 150 g
  • 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 7 4 + 3 big pinches of coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 7 4 + 3 Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 1 Orange
  • 2 Discs Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Wash the zucchini and cut with the spiral cutter. Peel the onions, cut in half, cut into strips and mix with the mild curry powder (1 teaspoon) and flour (1 teaspoon). Remove the stems from the mushrooms and brush them. Heat sunflower oil (2 tbsp) in a pan, fry the marinated paprika steaks vigorously on both sides for 2 - 3 minutes, remove and keep warm in the oven at 50 ° C until serving. Put the zucchini spirals in the frying pan, stir-fry for a few minutes, season with coarse sea salt from the mill (4 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (4 big pinches), remove and keep warm in the oven until serving. Put the onion strips in the pan and fry / stir-fry for a few minutes, remove and keep warm in the oven until serving. Pour sunflower oil (2 tbsp) into the pan, fry the mushrooms on both sides and season with coarse sea salt from the mill (3 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (3 big pinches). Place the paprika steak with side dishes on 2 oblong plates / platters and garnish with a lemon wedge and orange wedges, serve. Baguette may be enough with it.
