Bell Pepper Steak with Onions and Side Dishes

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Bell pepper steaks 300 g
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 400 g Onions / 6 pieces
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 pack Cherry peppers filled with cream cheese / 150 g (Here: From ALDI Nord!)
  • 1 pack Green olives with cream cheese and lemon / 150 g (Here: From ALDI Nord!
  • 6 Discs Toasted white bread
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • Various barbecue sauces

Instructions
 

  • Fry the paprika steaks in a pan with sunflower oil (2 tbsp) on both sides until golden-brown. Spread / drizzle the marinade from the package over it. Peel the onions, cut in half crosswise and fry / braise on both sides in a pan with butter (1 tbsp), sunflower oil (1 tbsp). Sprinkle with sugar (1 teaspoon). Cut white bread into slices and toast. Peel the garlic cloves. Serve paprika steaks with fried onions and side dishes (toasted white bread, cherry peppers and olives). For eating, rub the white bread vigorously with the garlic cloves.
