Bell Pepper Steak with Side Dishes

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Marinated paprika steak à 150 g
  • 2 Large brown mushrooms à 60 g
  • 2 Large onions of 90 g
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 4 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 Discs Lemon
  • 4 Cherry tomatoes
  • 4 Stalk Parsley
  • Wheat skirts alternatively ½ baguette

Instructions
 

  • Heat sunflower oil (2 tbsp) in a pan, fry the marinated paprika steaks vigorously on both sides for 2 - 3 minutes, remove and keep warm in the oven at 50 ° C until serving. Clean / brush the mushrooms and cut in half. Peel the onions, cut them in half crosswise and roll them in the pepper marinade. Place the onion halves and mushroom halves in the pepper steak frying pan and fry slowly. Turn it every now and then. Serve the marinated paprika steak with fried onions and mushrooms, garnished with a lemon wedge, cherry tomatoes and parsley. Serve with a baguette.
