Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 7 bell peppers, red, green and yellow, cut into strips
  • 1 large onion(s), diced
  • 500 ml broth
  • 2 packs of sauce (gravy)
  • Spices)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sauté the peppers and onions in a pan, deglaze with 500 ml of broth, and season with spices. Bring the broth to a boil, stir in the sauce mix, and simmer over low heat for about 10-15 minutes. This dish tastes great with noodles or rice.
