Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 50 g white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 50 g chocolate, whole milk, coarsely chopped
- 50 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 50 g walnuts, chopped
- 50 g almonds, chopped
- 250 ml milk
- 2 large eggs
- 220 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla flavoring
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 50 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)

Combine the coarsely chopped white chocolate, coarsely chopped milk chocolate, chopped almonds, chopped hazelnuts, and chopped walnuts in a freezer bag and place in the freezer. Melt the dark chocolate (70%) over a pan of hot water. Stir in the milk and let everything cool. Add the eggs, sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract and mix with a mixer. Place this mixture in the freezer for 1-3 hours. Then transfer it to the ice cream maker for about 40-50 minutes (depending on the ice cream maker). Add almost all of the nut mixture during the last 10 minutes. Add the rest either in the last 2 minutes or to decorate the ice cream.
