Berliner Weisse with a shot

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bottle of wheat beer (Berliner Weisse), naturally cloudy, 0.33 l
  • 2 cl syrup, raspberry or woodruff flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

a distinctive refreshment

Pour the syrup into a sufficiently large glass (use a little more if you like it a little sweeter) and then generously pour half a bottle of Berliner Weisse on top. Slowly pour in the second half of the bottle. The Berliner Weisse should be very cold and traditionally served with a straw.
