Spread the love

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 3 lemon(s), untreated
  • 1 liter of mineral water
  • 1 bottle of dry white wine
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine, dry
  • Ice, cubed

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Peel the untreated lemons into thin spirals. Hang the spirals in the punch bowl, thinly slice the peeled lemons, and pour over the bottle of white wine. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Before serving, add mineral water and sparkling wine, along with the contents of an ice cube tray or bag. Very refreshing on hot summer evenings. It was a typical drink of the early 1970s. It can easily be made again with all the ingredients – the flavor will remain the same!
