Berliner with Raspberry Filling

The perfect berliner with raspberry filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 Finished Berliners
  • 1 packet Vanilla custard powder
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Orange peel or 1/2 pack
  • 200 g Raspberries can also be deep-frozen or any other red fruit
  • 100 g White couverture
  1. Halve Berliners and make a hole in the top part.
  2. Boil vanilla pudding normally with sugar 2 tablespoons and the milk. Take about half of part away, let one half cool, put the other on the stove and warm up again with the orange peel and cook a little more, then add the mashed raspberries, remove from the stove and mix well, if necessary add 1 tablespoon of sugar.
  3. Fill the lower part of the Berliner with the pudding.
  4. Dip the top part in the melted white chocolate. Now put the upper part on the pudding and the lower donut. Sprinkle the raspberries in the middle.
