Colorful Rice Pan
The perfect colorful rice pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 small Zucchini
- 1 small can Peas
- 200 g Long grain rice
- 200 g Red and yellow peppers
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 a cup Brunch paprika / pepperoni
- Salt and pepper
- Sweet paprika and curry
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Wash the paprika zucchini and cut into pieces, cook the rice as usual. Wash the tomatoes and also cut them into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the zucchini and peppers. Now add the cooked rice with the tomatoes and the peas to the other vegetables. Now season everything with salt, pepper, paprika and curry.
- And now comes the brunch, bring everything to the boil again and that’s it.
