Colorful Rice Pan

The perfect colorful rice pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 small Zucchini
  • 1 small can Peas
  • 200 g Long grain rice
  • 200 g Red and yellow peppers
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 a cup Brunch paprika / pepperoni
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sweet paprika and curry
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  1. Wash the paprika zucchini and cut into pieces, cook the rice as usual. Wash the tomatoes and also cut them into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the zucchini and peppers. Now add the cooked rice with the tomatoes and the peas to the other vegetables. Now season everything with salt, pepper, paprika and curry.
  2. And now comes the brunch, bring everything to the boil again and that’s it.
