Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g wheat flour (type 1050)
- 250 g rye meal
- 250 g wheat bran
- 100 g flaxseed, crushed
- 100 g sesame seeds
- 150 g sunflower seeds
- 150 g beetroot
- 1 liter buttermilk
- 3 cubes of yeast
- 1 ½ tbsp salt

Heat the buttermilk in a saucepan to approximately 30°C, dissolve the beetroot syrup in it, and stir in the crumbled yeast. Mix everything together and let it rise. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir into the liquid ingredients. Preheat the oven to 150°C (fan oven). Pour the dough into a bread pan and bake for 2 to 2.5 hours.
