Berry ice cream without added sugar

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g berries, frozen
  • 50 ml milk
  • e.g. berries, fresh or frozen
  • e.g. chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Weigh the frozen berries and place them in a blender. Then add approximately 50 ml of milk. The less milk you use, the thicker the ice cream will be. Blend the mixture with a sturdy hand blender until smooth. It’s important that the berries are still frozen, if possible. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and garnish with berries or chocolate sprinkles, if desired.
