Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g natural yogurt
  • 300 g berries, mixed, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 5 tbsp oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, coarsely chopped

Stir the yogurt with the honey until smooth. Thaw the frozen berries, wash the fresh berries, halve or chop them depending on their size, and mix them into the yogurt along with the oatmeal and nuts. All kinds of berries are suitable: raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, currants, and blueberries. Frozen fruit can be used in winter.
