Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ banana(s)
- 60 g berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
- 60 g low-fat yogurt
- some milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 ice cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Fitness drink
Slice the banana and place it in a blender with the berries. Add the yogurt. Then add the ice cubes and honey. Add a little milk. Blend well until it reaches a smoothie consistency. Add milk, if desired, depending on your desired consistency.
