Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g blueberries
  • 85 g raspberries
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 230 g natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Basic recipe – delicious for breakfast

Place the blueberries in a blender and blend briefly. Add the raspberries, honey, and yogurt and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve for breakfast or as a snack. You can add a little more honey or sugar if it’s not sweet enough. This recipe is for one large glass.
