Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear(s), ripe
  • 2 dates, dried
  • Leaves from 4 – 5 beetroot bulbs
  • 100 g spinach, fresh
  • 1 tbsp, sautéed chia seeds
  • 800 ml water, still

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Power for the immune system

Wash the apple and pear, remove the stems, and remove the blossoms. Cut both fruits into pieces, including the core and peel, and add them to the blender along with the dates. Wash the beetroot leaves and spinach (preferably organic) and add them to the blender as well. Add chia seeds as needed and top up with water to the desired consistency. I always use about 800 ml. Blend everything for 2 minutes on the highest setting or using the green smoothie program. I blend this amount twice. It will keep for 3 days in the fridge.
