Ingredients for 7 servings:
- 100 g flour
- 100 g butter, soft
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 pinches of baking powder
- n. B. milk, possibly
- e.g. strawberries, fresh
- e.g. raspberries, fresh
- e.g. blueberries, fresh
- 1 pack of cake glaze, clear
- e.g. water or juice
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 35 minutes
Preheat the oven to 150°C (fan assisted). Using a hand mixer, mix the butter, vanilla sugar, and sugar until smooth. Stir in the two eggs. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in. Stir until the batter is fluffy. If the batter is too stiff, add a little milk. Grease seven small tart cases and divide the batter evenly between the cases. Bake the tarts for about 20 minutes, then let them cool thoroughly and remove from the tin. Top with berries, if desired. Prepare the glaze with water or juice according to the package instructions and pour it over the tarts, then let it set.
